For courses at the University, 1 period (also called 1 class hour) covers 50 minutes followed by a 10 minute break. Apart from daytime courses, evening courses give many choices to those who prefer to study in the evening or who cannot come in the daytime.

For the daytime courses, each class session lasts two periods, scheduled as follows:

Day shifts: 2 periods/day, 5 days/week (Mon-Fri)

  • 8:00 am – 9:50 am (10 minutes break time)
  • 10:00 am– 11:50 am (10 minutes break time)
  • 1:10 pm – 3:00 pm (10 minutes break time)
  • 3:10 pm– 5:00 pm (10 minutes break time)

Evening courses are scheduled three days per week with two periods per day.  Students can follow the six-hours-per-week class (Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday). The schedule is as follows:

Night shifts: 2 periods/day, 3 days/week (Mon-Wed-Fri or  Tue-Thu-Sat)

  • 5:20 pm – 6:55 pm (05 minutes break time)
  • 7:20 pm – 8:45 pm (05 minutes break time)
