Visa application should include a passport copy and the Letter of Invitation. Please pay the visa application fee ($50 US) when you arrive at the conference venue. Please also bear in mind that visa application may take 4-6 weeks.

2. Accommodation

The conference will take place at the 4 – star hotel Saigon – Ninh Chu, the largest hotel in Phan Rang city operated by Saigon Tourist corporation. For further details and room rates, please access Saigon – Ninh Chu hotel homepage. Conference delegates may contact the hotel to make room reservation directly, or may also submit request for room reservation to the conference secretariat.

In addition to the 4 – star Saigon – Ninh Chu hotel, there are also many other nearby hotels in the area. Room rates may vary depending on room quality and hotel type.

3 Registration fee

Registration fee is free. There will be a reception for conference delegates. Invitation will be sent seperately to each delegate.

4. CONFERENCE LOGISTIC SUPPORT

Should any logistic problems (room reservation or air ticket booking etc.) arise, please contact the Service Center for International Students (University of Social Sciences and Humanities – Vietnam National University Hochiminh city). The Center provides support in issues ranging from visa application, room reservation in Hochiminh city and Phan Rang, airport pick-up, arrangement for Phan Rang – Hochiminh city transportation to booking for trips before or after the conference.
