Vietnam National University in Ho Chi Minh City, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, The Faculty of Vietnamese Studies are announcing the application materials for year 2020 admission as followings:
Each applicant needs to prepare 2 copies of applications, each copy includes all of the following materials:
- 1 application form for international students (by the Ministry of Education and Training)
- 1 Curriculum Vitae in English and Vietnamese
- 1 official copy of Highschool Diploma (if your Highschool Diploma is not in English, an officialised translation in Vietnamese must be included)
- 1 official copy of Highschool Transcipts (of 3 years)
- 1 copy of passport – including: cover page, first page (with photo and personal information), and visa page (other pages are not required)
- 1 copy of Vietnamese Language Proficiency Certificate by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University HCMC (only level A2 and above are accepted; applicants will be chosen from top down)
- 1 statement of commitment to the University regulations (if chosen)
- 1 medical statement by an authorised clinics in your home country or Vietnam
- 1 financial statement or personal financial commitment to paying all course related fees and living expenses
- 3 photos in size 3x4(cm)
Applicants can download forms for materials in 1, 2, and 7 from the Faculty’s website at: http://www.vns.edu.vn – Training/ Forms.
Applicants are requested to arrange application materials in an envelope according to the order from 1 to 9, and submit 2 copies of application in person at the Admission Office of the Faculty of Vietnamese Studies ( Room A019).
Application deadline: May 18th, 2020 to June 30th, 2020.
