UNIVERSITY ADMISSION 2017 : Faculty of Vietnamese Studies has announced Enrollment for online training mode

As information technology grows, learning is easier and easier with everyone. Recognizing the advantages of teaching - learning by online mode, the Faculty of Vietnamese Studies, University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University has officially announced Enrollment for online distance training through the Internet.

The above statement by Bill Gates shows the role of information technology as well as the advantages of online learning in the current educational trend. The advantages of online learning are its modernity and flexibility that help students save money and time. Learners can learn, and do housework or work to earn more, all at the same time.

The online distance training program in Vietnamese Studies consists of 120 credits, 4 years of study, with lectures contents designed and composed by excellent lecturers. With online mode, People of all ages that meet the admission requirements can attend. In detail: Students must have a high school diploma, have a computer; If a foreigner, students must have a minimum Vietnamese language level of 3/6 (B1). If not having a certificate, students can register for an examination at the Faculty of Vietnamese Studies.

Opportunities and prospects of employment in Vietnamese Studies fields are expanding. After graduation, with the knowledge and skills equipped, students can work in agencies of cultural, educational and scienctific research and management, in foreign organizations, can teach Vietnamese language and culture for foreigners, be tour guides or work as travel administrators...

Over the years, the Faculty of Vietnamese Studies has continuously improved the quality of training and the innovation of teaching methods in order to provide basic, productive and practical knowledge about the country, people and culture of Vietnam. Vietnamese Studies was the first Undergraduate Training Program in the University of Social Sciences and Humanities to meet the international standards of the AUN-QA (ASEAN Universities Network – Quality Assurance) in 2012. This is the first enrollment course with a quota of 100 students, by mode of Application review, for Vietnamese and foreigners living in Vietnam (Deadline for application is August 15th, and this Course is opening in early September/ 2017).
