Faculty of Vietnamese Studies, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University - Ho Chi Minh City would like to inform all foreign students who wish to be admitted to University with major in Vietnamese Studies for the year 2022 about the submission of admission documents as followed:

• Dossiers: Each applicant submits 02 sets of documents; Each set includes 01 copy for each of the followings: 

  1. 1 Application Form for international students (by the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam)
  2. 1 Curriculum Vitae (English and Vietnamese bilingual)
  3. 1 Copy (authenticated) of Highschool Diploma (If your High School Diploma is not in English, a notarized translation into Vietnamese is required)
  4. 1 Copy (authenticated) of Highschool Transcipts (of 3 years of Highschool; all subjects)
  5. 1 Copy of Passport – including: cover page, first page (with photo and personal information), and visa page
  6. 1 Copy of Certificate of Vietnamese Language Proficiency issued by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University - Ho Chi Minh City (level A2 or higher; applicants will be enrolled with priority from high to low until the quota is over)
  7. 1 Written Commitment to abide by the rules and regulations when studying at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities if successfully matriculated (according to the form).
  8. 1 Health Examination Certificate issued by an authorised medical unit in your home country or by a medical unit of a province / city in Vietnam.
  9. 3 Photos in size 3x4(cm)

   Applicants can download forms for items 1, 2, and 7 from the Faculty’s website at: http://www.vns.edu.vn – Training/ Forms.

  In each application’s set of documents, applicants are requested to arrange all the papers from 1 to 9 in order, put them in an envelope and submit them at the office of Faculty of Vietnamese Studies.

  Application Deadline: from June 1, 2022 to June 25, 2022 (office hours, Monday to Friday).
